Only items that have been purchased directly from NVSME website can be returned to NVSME. NVSME products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
We guarantee the quality of all our jewelry and want you to be satisfied with every purchase. However, no one is perfect. If any item in your order doesn’t meet your or our high-quality standards, eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 7 days of the ship date received. Nvsme will not accept any returns after 7 days.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
You must receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number from us before your return can be accepted. Shipping for all returns are at the customers expense.
Sale items, and items utilizing promo code discounts on products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Sale prices also cannot be applied retroactively to purchase
HOW TO GET AN RMA
Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know the reason for your return and your original order number. If your request is approved you will receive a return authorization number, as well as instructions on returning your merchandise.
Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our Distribution Center. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for any return that does not follow these guidelines.
Refunds may take up to 30 days after receipt at our fulfillment center. If after 30 days, the refund still has not been received contact the card issuing bank of the payment method used on your order to see why the refund has not posted. If this has been done and there are still questions/concerns regarding your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift certificate in the amount of the returned product minus shipping charges will be issued in lieu of a refund to the original payment method.
After an order is placed we cannot change or cancel your order. Orders that have been sent to fulfillment and / or shipped will be charged for shipping and normal restock fees will apply.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING MERCHANDISE
Please report damaged, defective or missing merchandise no later than 5 business days of delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will work with you on a timely return and subsequent replacement. Please allow 2 business days for response.
If you experience shipping damage please be sure to keep any and all packaging/boxes/foam received, as it is required for insurance damage claims. Failure to do so can mean denial of insurance claims.
Please be aware that any use of the product other than the key will void any and all warranties.
