Nortosia is a Certified Abundant Life Coach. She helps individuals find inner peace, gain confidence and discover their purpose through healing.She is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in healthcare.
THE TOUGHEST EXPERIENCE SHE WENT THROUGH
Over the years, she had to navigate a number of life challenges from a history of abuse, trauma and struggles with self-confidence. The most challenging experience was discovering how these things affected her life decisions as an adult. She was engaged to be married and after the wedding was called off, She had the opportunity to start doing some inner healing work which opened the doors to a lot of unresolved issues that lingered. As an adult, having to unlearn toxic thoughts and behaviors is very difficult. And she had to come to terms with the person that she saw in the mirror versus the woman that she longed to become.
WHAT IMPACT AND HOW SHE IMPACT OTHERS
Although she has a unique story and life path, She feels that one of the things that a lot of us have in common is unresolved trauma whether we experienced it during our childhood or as adults. People may assume that because you're "grown" you can just move on and get over it but it doesn't work that way. Healing takes real dedication and determination to live life to the fullest. You will spend every day of your life becoming a better person.
What Motivates Her
Nortosia say’s “What motivates me is taking a look in my rear view from time to time and celebrating how far I've come. What motivates me the most is what I see ahead of me. I know that the future is bright. Seeing others around me with so much drive and determination keeps me going. My circle is so important.
