Chelsea Murray is a curator of life. She loves to design experiences and collect everything -- mostly art, micro-histories, and memorabilia. Professionally, she is a consultant and helps organizations with strategic planning, development, and fundraising. There is no limit to what she loves to do and is able to accomplish, so she is always discovering new ways to live her individual life in the best way it suits her.
THE TOUGHEST EXPERIENCE SHE WENT THROUGH
Chelsea says’ “The toughest experience that I've been through (still going through) is actually taking a break from work and school to figure out what my life is like beyond those perimeters. I do not enjoy working hard towards something and feel like my effort is misplaced. I felt this very deeply once I came to the realization that I've achieved all the goals that I set for myself, but I never planned anything beyond that point of achievement and felt miserable. Truthfully, I was working harder for external things and not as hard for inner peace and happiness. I put my actual dreams and aspirations on hold to satisfy this "idea" of who I needed to be for other people and a career. I was doing too much for everything and everyone outside of myself. Once I began to slowly let go of some things and set major boundaries, life became more simplistic and peaceful. It's tough, but it's good.
WHAT IMPACT AND HOW SHE IMPACT OTHERS
For Chelsea, her impact on the world is for the world to decide because according to her it's none of her business. It seems a bit altruistic for her to decide how others perceive her. Honestly, she doesn't want to overthink things like that because it's caused a lot of anxiety. Chelsea says “I am not here to save anyone. I came to create because that is what creators do. My dream is for others to live their life by their own standards. We only have one life, so go hard at everything you desire.”
What Motivates Her
What motivates her is her faith. This is what carries her every day. She has faith in her faith.
