About Sheba
Sheba is a spiritual rage awakening agent which means she helps people accept and own that they have spiritual rage (or church hurt) and awaken to the power of their emotions. She operates as a Creative Consultant and works primarily with women as a coach/guide for other coaches and healers who are seeking to reach a wider audience or rebrand themselves or their businesses and overcome money blocks on their way to success. In essence she is a mindset and success coach for other coaches. Sheba also works separately with creatives who are facing blocks to success and completion when it comes to projects and goals.
THE TOUGHEST EXPERIENCE SHE WENT THROUGH
Sheba says. “I’ve had many tough experiences, I dealt with molestation and emotional abuse as a child and lost my father to cancer at 16 years old. These experiences caused me to become a “self abuser”and led me to make some really poor decisions as a young woman that resulted in difficulties in my adulthood. I have been a single mother for 17 years and I will say that none of those things were harder than having to learn to manage myself and my emotions without anti-anxiety medication following the death of a close friend in 2018. It was the toughest experience I have had thus far but it was worth it to grow through as I now have skills to use and help others overcome grief, trauma, and feeling abandoned by the divine.”
WHAT IMPACT AND HOW SHE IMPACT OTHERS
Some people say they feel 10x lighter after conversations with Sheba, apparently She “just makes people feel better”, but in all seriousness it’s important to tell stories of overcoming mental health struggles and to say how it was done. There are so many people who walk around sad and miserable and if just one person sees that she took the initiative to fight anxiety and depression and won they might feel like they can too. Suicide and suicidal thoughts are way too common among creatives and Sheba think it’s mostly because we think it’s uncommon to have highs and lows but that is part of being creative. If you’re always up you’ll never create anything. You have to accept all that you are and give yourself grace for being human. Imperfection is the very bottom line of the experience.
What Motivates Her
